About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter and Node.js to join our engineering team. This role goes beyond app development — we’re seeking someone who understands how to build scalable mobile-first applications and can take ownership of the entire lifecycle, from local development to production deployment.
You’ll work on high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications while building scalable backend APIs that drive real-world impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
- Own the complete app lifecycle from development to production, including DevOps.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage production deployments.
- Ensure mobile apps are performant, responsive, and scalable.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage real-time data using sockets or Firebase.
- Optimize app performance and reduce app size for mobile efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to ship features quickly.
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable codebases.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience with Flutter (must-have).
- 3–5+ years of experience with Node.js (must-have).
- Experience deploying mobile apps to App Store and Google Play Store.
- Ability to write scalable APIs and modular codebases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and automated build & release processes.
- Knowledge of both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider), and asynchronous programming.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or Push Notifications.
- Familiarity with performance tools like Sentry or Crashlytics.
- Knowledge of real-time features using sockets or messaging queues.
