WHAT IS AN EOR?

The Fastest Way to
Hire Internationally

An Employer of Record is a third-party organization that legally employs workers on your behalf in countries where you don't have a local entity. You manage the day-to-day work; we handle the legal, tax, and payroll obligations.

That means you skip the months-long process of setting up subsidiaries, navigating foreign tax law, or learning local termination rules — and start hiring great people anywhere, in days.

  • No need to establish a local entity
  • Onboard talent in as little as 48 hours
  • Stay 100% compliant in every jurisdiction

FAQ'S

Common EOR Questions

Considering an EOR for the first time? Here are the questions we hear most often.

Talk to an EOR Expert →
What's the difference between an EOR and a contractor?

An EOR makes the worker a full-time employee with benefits, taxes withheld, and statutory protections. A contractor is a self-employed worker invoicing you directly. If the relationship has employee-like control, an EOR is the only compliant option in most countries.

How fast can you onboard a new hire?

For most countries, we issue a compliant contract within 24 hours and have the employee fully onboarded in 48–72 hours. Some markets require additional documents — your account manager will flag those upfront.

How does pricing work?

One transparent flat fee per employee per month. That covers payroll, benefits administration, tax filings, and compliance. There are no setup fees, no markups on statutory benefits, and no exit penalties.

Who owns the IP and work product?

You do. Every contract includes a watertight IP-assignment clause that transfers all work product to your company, with jurisdiction-specific enforceability.

Can I convert an existing contractor to an EOR employee?

Yes, and we recommend it once a contractor relationship starts looking employee-like. We handle the transition — new contract, benefits enrolment, payroll cutover — without disruption to the worker.

What if I need to terminate someone?

We manage the entire offboarding process — notice periods, severance calculations, final settlements, equipment recovery — fully aligned with local labor law to protect you from claims.
