What's the difference between a GCC and outsourcing?

Outsourcing means a third party owns the team and the work — usually under a project SOW. A GCC is your team, in your entity (or our managed entity), working full-time on your roadmap. Higher retention, deeper IP ownership, lower attrition.

Do we have to set up a legal entity to start?

No. The Managed GCC model uses our existing entity in the country — you start hiring in 30–45 days with no incorporation work. You can convert to a wholly-owned subsidiary later when scale justifies it.

How is this different from an EOR?

EOR is for individual hires across many countries. GCC is for a concentrated team — typically 20–500 people — in a single hub with leadership, office, and a clear charter. You can use both: EOR for early hires, then graduate to a GCC once you cross 20 engineers in one market.

What does pricing look like?

Two components: a one-time setup fee (covers entity, banking, office, IT — typically $50K–$150K) and a per-employee monthly fee that includes payroll, compliance, HR, and facilities. Direct Build is lowest long-run cost; Managed GCC is fastest to ramp.

Can we tap into SEZ or STPI benefits in India?

Yes. We structure the entity to qualify for SEZ or STPI benefits where applicable, with your tax advisors involved from day one. Most clients save 8–12% additional tax through these schemes.

Who runs the center once it's live?

Your country head. We recruit and onboard them, sit with them through the first 6 months, and then step back into a managed-services role for ongoing compliance, payroll, and facilities. They report to you.
